## What you get with PBXflex

- **Texting and fax on every plan.** Business texting and fax are included on Essentials and Business, in the same app as your calls.
- **One allowance for the whole team.** Calls, texts and faxes draw from one pool of credits, shared across your account, so a quiet user covers a busy one. One credit is one cent, and each rate is on the pricing page.
- **Month to month, no administrative fee.** No contract, and you can cancel any time. Prices exclude taxes and government fees, and there is no administrative or regulatory recovery fee.
- **A local number for every user.** Each user gets an extension and a local phone number. It rings on a desk phone, the web app and a mobile phone.
- **Every call-flow feature on Business.** Business includes call queues, callback, IVRs, ring groups, conference rooms and intercom paging.
- **Texting registration included.** Business texting needs 10DLC registration, the carrier process that keeps your texts from being filtered as spam. A low-volume campaign is included on every plan.

## Switching to PBXflex

Keep your numbers, and set up as much or as little yourself as you like.

1. **Keep your numbers.** Number porting is free on every plan, so your customers keep dialing the numbers they already have.
2. **Set it up your way.** Build your call flows in the app yourself, or choose guided setup. We build your IVR, queues and ring groups, port your numbers, register your texting campaign, and train your team for 30 minutes.
3. **Answer anywhere.** Every extension rings on a desk phone, the web app and a mobile phone. Desk phones can be rented by the month.

## How we compared

- PBXflex Essentials is set beside each provider's lowest-priced plan for a team, and Business beside the next one up.
- Prices are month to month, because PBXflex has no annual contract. Where a provider charges less for an annual commitment, that is listed under its terms and fees.
- Each provider's details come from its own pricing page, never from review sites or other comparisons, and we keep a dated screenshot of it.
- A feature marked not stated is one the provider's pricing page doesn't mention.
- Prices leave out promotions, hardware, taxes and fees on both sides.
