Legal Terms and Conditions

These documents make up the agreement between PBXFLEX INC and each customer. The Master Services Agreement is the base agreement. The service attachment, the data processing agreement and the schedule add the terms for the phone service, for customer data, and for the third parties that help deliver it. Your order lists the documents that apply to you.

• Master Services Agreement

  The base agreement for every order: how your order and the service attachments fit together, fees and payment, term and termination, confidentiality, equipment and software supplied with the service, and warranties.

• Services Attachment for Voice-Over IP

  The terms for the phone service itself: the voice and collaboration services selected on your order, and how the terms of the carriers and vendors that help deliver them apply.

• Data Processing Agreement

  How customer data is protected: the security safeguards kept, such as access controls, training, incident response and secure disposal, and the terms that apply under specific data protection laws.

• Schedule of Third-Party Services

  The third-party services used to deliver the service. Those providers' own agreements and policies also apply.
